Premiere: ASTRODEATH “Invasion”

Not a band to be held back by the scourge and uncertainty of Coronavirus, Sydney heavy duo Astrodeath are powering up and shipping out again this Winter.

The band have released their second single Invasion, from the anticipated follow-up full length Astrodeath Vol.2, also seeing the heavy hitters embark on an East Coast tour with support from some of the best heavy bands Australia has to offer. 

The band will be joining nationally touring minifest Aftermath, hitting every State and territory in Australia, plus have secured a leading slot at the prestigious Blacken Open Air.

HALFWAIT Drop new Tune

Sydney-based rock outfit Halfwait have created an appetizing mix of nostalgia and ambition with their new track, My Past.

By fusing elements of pop-punk giants from the early naughts and adding their own twist, My Past adds a shade of nuance to their catalogue of singles. With guitar lines that are equal parts Blink 182 and Fontaines D.C., their sound offers originality and a nod to those who helped pioneer their genre.

THE KILLERS Announce New Album

The Killers will release their seventh studio album, entitled Pressure Machine, on Island Records on August 13, 2021

The album was co-produced by the band, Shawn Everett, and Jonathan Rado (of Foxygen), all of whom worked together on The Killers’ critically-acclaimed album Imploding The Mirage, released last year.

SCREAMING JETS All For One Anniversary Tour

With just under a month until The Screaming Jets drop the 30 Year Anniversary Edition of their groundbreaking debut album All For One, the band has today announced changes to their national touring schedule.

With the inability to predict when touring through wider NSW can resume in any normal fashion, it is with great disappointment that the band has postponed their NSW dates scheduled for August.  They will look to reschedule in 2022 with further announcements to be made in due course – people are encouraged to hold on to their tickets as they will still be valid.

CHASING GHOSTS On Tour

Now is the time to catch the band Rolling Stone Magazine are declaring “…the band Australia needs to see right now”.

Chasing Ghosts will tour the colonies at Naaarm (Melbourne), Tardanya (Adelaide), Meanjin (Brisbane) and Warrane (Sydney) starting with two shows in Naarm on July 30 and 31, crossing into Tardanya and Meanjin in August and finishing up with another banging showstopper of a gig at Chippendale Hotel in Warrane.
